Wine Dinner of the Year
A three course, Interactive Virtual Wine Dinner for Two featuring the Iconic Wines of Chateau Musar
with Tarek Sakr, Viticulturalist and Winemaker

A 6,000-year winemaking tradition, inspired by travels in Bordeaux, has guided three passionate generations through many civil wars to reveal the unique expression of the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon and establish a global Icon.

Executive Chef John Sinopoli, of
Ascari Hospitality, has created a very special menu for two to showcase Chateau Musar’s brilliant new releases the flagship 2013 Chateau Musar Red and the famous single vineyard bottling of 2017 Hochar Pere et Fils. 

Light food preparation is assisted by a 
recorded intructional food demo.

1st Course
Rutabaga and Celery Root Carpaccio with Spring Artichoke
Thinly sliced whole roasted rutabaga and celery root, shaved artichioke,
frizée and bianchetto truffle salad, rhubarb and vanilla vinaigrette,
fava beans, Marcona almond crunch

2nd Course

Agneau de Printemps
Golden seared lamb rack, honey and lavender charred eggplant, sesame and cauliflower purée, stinging nettle, lemon marinated wild onion

Vegetarian Main Option:
Gnocchi di Printemps

Ramp greens and potato gnocchi, honey and lavender charred eggplant, sesame and cauliflower purée, stinging nettle, lemon marinated wild onion

Halawet el Jibn

Sweet cheese pastry, cream filling, pistachio and rose




With each ticket a copy of Academie du Vin’s recently released 200 page Collector's Edition publication is included.
