GTA rental rates show signs of levelling out  

The rapidly declining GTA rental rates observed in 2020 and early 2021 appear to be levelling out, according to new data from Bullpen Research & Consulting and So far in 2021, average GTA rental rates have decreased by less than 1 percent, while GTA rents in 2020 decreased by 16 percent overall since the onset of the pandemic last March.
