Balpex Inc. Unveils Ray Menard Board Room In Special Memorial Service

Balpex Inc. recently recognized Ray Menard in a special ceremony which saw the organization unveil a name-plate and dedicate its Richmond Hill, ON, board room in his honour.

Ray Menard was a great contributor to the Balpex organization. He spent 25 years leading the association prior to his retirement in April 2013. Menard passed away in 2014, almost one year after his retirement.

Cleaning Professionals Dish the Truth Behind Restroom Cleaning in New Survey

Public restroom maintenance is an important daily task with which most cleaning industry professionals are familiar, since restrooms are a frequently used area in any facility and their upkeep can affect public perceptions. But Clorox Professional Products Co. wanted to uncover what it takes to keep this critical area in top shape from cleaning industry professionals themselves and conducted a survey in cooperation with ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, to find out about tough jobs in the restroom.

Cascades Tandem+ Wins the Sanitary Distributor Choice Award

The Cascades' Tandem®+ dispensing systems recently won the Sanitary Maintenance Distributor Choice Award, which recognizes the most innovative and useful sanitary supply products of the year. The voters were readers of Sanitary Maintenance Magazine, whose audience is every type of sanitary supply on the marketplace, including janitorial, paper, foodservice, industrial and wholesale. Out of 280 possible products, the Cascades Tandem+ dispensing systems finished in the top 40.
