GTA home sales drop 22.2 per cent in May
The GTA saw 7,834 home sales in May 2018, a decline of 22.2 per cent year-over-year, reports the Toronto Real Estate Board. Although the number of home sales fell year-over-year, this fall in sales was less than reported in February, March and April, when declines exceeded 30 per cent.
