Charles Gauthier President & CEO of the Downtown Vancouver Business Improvement Association (DVBIA) kicked off the CSAE BC’s MLA event on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 by introducing government relations expert and key-note speaker Norman Stowe of Pace Group Communications. Stowe shared advice with the group related to: identifying decision-makers and governance cycles, understanding who and what influences the decision-making process, engagement strategies related to government relations and the power of profile.
