Q3 2017 apartment market highlights
Overall, the Canadian real estate industry continues to be performing well in the back half of 2017, with the apartment sector holding strong. Construction starts on Canada’s tallest building, The One
The One, a mixed-use development located at One Bloor West, was designed by Foster + Partners and will stand 1,005 feet tall, making it the tallest building in Canada.
New station building opens at Oshawa GO Station
